Usage Rights — For Mentality to post your content on our 7M+ socials & other media such as Meta & TikTok ads.
By submitting content to the MENTALITY Athlete Program, you grant MENTALITY and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from all submitted videos and content across all media formats and channels, including but not limited to social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads), website, email marketing, print, and any future platforms. MENTALITY may edit, crop, overlay text, add music, combine with other content, and otherwise modify your submissions without prior approval. You represent that you are the sole creator of the submitted content, that it does not infringe on any third-party rights, and that you have the authority to grant these rights. This license survives any termination of your participation in the Athlete Program.
